TWO SUNS RISING SHORT WAVE

 

The Sacred Crane is proud to sponsor the Two Suns Rising Short Wave project, an experimental 45-minute ecstatic dance format for dancers who want to add an additional hour of practice to their week. The condensed format adds focus and intensity to the dance. No facilitation. No judgement. Just a growing flow of energies and our awareness of them within and all around us as we move. Experienced ecstatic dancers are invited to experience this unique sympathy of movement and the safety to enter trance states, if called to do so. Bring your advanced practice and join us.

 

Hosted by ecstatic dance practitioners with 20 years of experience. The next Short Wave will be held Saturday from 11am to Noon at Yasodhara Yoga 406 S. Coeur d’Alene St., Ste. T, Spokane, WA 99201.

 

$10 - $15 donation appreciated. No one will be excluded from dance for lack of funds!
