A managed behavioral health insurance provider specializing in Employee Assistance Plans for corporate, municipal and federal government employers.
Technical Writer/Data Specialist. In a team environment, wrote winning large-group proposals. Supported and collaborated with distributed sales staff. Produced quantitative reports that explained and illustrated geographic network coverage and group utilization using Atlas GIS, GeoAccess and MS Access. Designed and directed IT in the creation of a network accessible, easy-to-use, ad-hoc report writer that gave proposal writers immediate access to physician network coverage data. This substantially reduced the size and duration of the small group proposal queue.
GIS Trainer. For writers in the marketing department, I developed and taught classroom instruction on how to create data reports using the network analysis software package, GeoAccess, and the proprietary report writer I designed.

Prepared escrow documents. Digitized covenants and restrictions library, improving storage and retrieval efficiency.
